Directions from the North
Take U.S. Highway 52 South. Exit at Fifth (5th) Street. Follow Fifth Street to Marshall Street and make a left (one-way southbound). Go one block and then make a left onto Fourth (4th) Street. Go one block and then make a left onto Cherry Street (one way northbound). Once on Cherry Street, stay in the far-right hand lane.

The Marriott Winston-Salem is located four blocks north on the right at 425 North Cherry Street. Enter the driveway for the Marriott Hotel and WS Prime, circle through the drive. Before exiting onto Cherry Street, the entrance to WS Prime will be on the right.
