From Piedmont Triad International Airport, Greensboro
From the Piedmont Triad International Airport, take Highway 68 South to Interstate 40 (I-40) West to Winston-Salem. When approaching Kernersville, I-40 will split. Take Business I-40 (right lanes: exit #206 Kernersville/Business 40) to downtown Winston-Salem. Once in Winston-Salem, take the Cherry Street exit. Turn right onto Cherry Street (one-way northbound). Stay in the right-hand lane.

The Marriott Winston-Salem is located four blocks north on the right at 425 North Cherry Street. Enter the driveway for the Marriott Hotel and WS Prime, circle through the drive. Before exiting onto Cherry Street, the entrance to WS Prime will be on the right.
