From Charlotte Airport
Take the Airport Connector Road out of Charlotte Airport. The road will fork. Follow signs to Interstate 85 (I-85) North. Veer to left to Billy Graham Parkway. Follow signs to I-85 North.

From I-85 North, take Interstate 77 (I-77) North to Statesville. From Statesville, take Interstate 40 (I-40) East.

When approaching Winston-Salem, I-40 will split. Take the Business I-40 exit (left lanes) to downtown Winston-Salem. Take the Cherry Street exit. Once on Cherry Street (one way northbound), stay in the right-hand lane.

The Marriott Winston-Salem is located four blocks north on the right at 425 North Cherry Street. Enter the driveway for the Marriott Hotel and WS Prime, circle through the drive. Before exiting onto Cherry Street, the entrance to WS Prime will be on the right.
